Account Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia. This long-term contract position involves managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining excellent communication with clients. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage customer accounts by accurately processing orders and tracking shipments.<br>• Address and resolve quality concerns in a timely and meticulous manner.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other software tools to perform data entry and maintain records.<br>• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients through email and phone to provide updates and respond to inquiries.<br>• Attend weekly customer meetings to discuss account performance and address any issues.<br>• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.<br>• Troubleshoot operational challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency.<br>• Support the sales team with repeat orders and assist with system navigation.<br>• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external use.
• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.<br>• Familiarity with order entry systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities.<br>• Positive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well in diverse teams.
