<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an accomplished professional with a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and innovative thinking. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities while safeguarding critical systems. </p><p><strong>Top Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience managing IT systems, network infrastructure, and telecommunications</li><li>A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA or related are assets)</li><li>Expertise in server and network administration using tools like Windows Server, Office 365, VMWare, and MFA</li><li>Proven cybersecurity experience, including risk management, data protection, and compliance with industry standards</li><li>In-depth experience in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems (experience with Hyper-V, Palo Alto firewalls, SAN/NAS backup strategies, and Cisco configurations is valuable)</li><li>Proficiency with conferencing tools such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx</li><li>Familiarity with digital building infrastructure systems (audio, lighting, signage) is advantageous</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience motivating technical teams</li><li>Ability to delegate responsibilities, manage team performance, and coordinate complex tasks effectively</li></ul><p>If you’re a strategic thinker who enjoys designing efficient systems, driving team success, and implementing robust cybersecurity measures, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity today!
