This role leads high-impact projects that improve efficiency, processes, and business outcomes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams.</li><li>Streamline Indirect Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes with ERP solutions and automation.</li><li>Develop project plans, deliverables, and metrics to measure success.</li><li>Build stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts.</li><li>Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance.</li><li>Provide updates to senior leadership and promote continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience managing large-scale technology and process improvement projects.</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and automation tools.</li><li>Skilled in managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.</li><li>Familiar with indirect procurement and financial controls.</li><li>Experience with metric reporting and performance evaluation.</li><li>Proven leadership and ability to influence teams.</li><li>Knowledge of the agriculture or retail industry is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p>
