Receptionist
<p>Our client in<strong> Calgary</strong> is seeking a professional and friendly<strong> Receptionist</strong> to join their team. This key front-facing role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. Reporting to the Director of Administration and working closely with the Operations team, the Receptionist supports both clients and internal staff in a fast-paced office setting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls; manage incoming inquiries</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas</li><li>Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare boardrooms, and arrange catering</li><li>Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and faxes</li><li>Assist with client intake and support guests who need special attention</li><li>Order and manage office and kitchen supplies</li><li>Perform general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and data entry</li><li>Support records management and assist with meeting minutes when needed</li></ul><p><br></p>
