Executive Assistant
<p>Our client is seeking for an <strong>Executive Assistant </strong>to support their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive-level administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar and appointments.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, including logistics, equipment, and catering.</li><li>Provide general office support, including office supplies and kitchen stocking.</li><li>Assist with expense reconciliation and credit card reporting.</li><li>Schedule personal appointments as needed.</li><li>Prepare the executive for meetings and engagements.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Use tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Word to support administrative tasks.</li><li>Provide ad-hoc support to maintain operational efficiency.</li></ul>
