<p>We are seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Consultant to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role requires a hybrid skill set that combines technical development, system configuration, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epicor P21 and a solid understanding of ERP systems in a distribution or manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the P21 platform, gather and translate business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>This contract opportunity is open to candidates Canada-wide</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications within the Epicor P21 environment.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement enhancements, customizations, and reports using P21 tools and related technologies (SQL, .NET, Crystal Reports, etc.).</li><li>Configure and maintain P21 modules to align with business processes.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the ERP system.</li><li>Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to P21 applications and integrations.</li><li>Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials as needed.</li><li>Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or modules.</li><li>Participate in project planning, scoping, and execution for ERP-related initiatives.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system.</li><li>Proven experience as a technical business analyst, ERP consultant, or developer.</li><li>Strong understanding of distribution, inventory, sales, purchasing, and financial modules in P21.</li><li>Proficiency with SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and scripting/customization tools used in P21.</li><li>Experience configuring P21 modules and workflows.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with API integrations or third-party tool connectivity in P21.</li><li>Background in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing industries.</li><li>Familiarity with .NET or other development frameworks used in ERP customizations.</li><li>Knowledge of data migration and conversion best practices.</li></ul>
