<p>Our client is seeking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. You will be responsible for accurately processing and coding high-volume invoices, with a focus on data integrity and efficiency.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Enter 70–100 invoices daily, including maintenance and fuel invoices.</li><li>Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Code maintenance invoices and process fuel invoices that may lack purchase orders.</li><li>Organize invoice packages and maintain an orderly workflow.</li><li>Use a custom Windows-based system for data entry and tracking.</li><li>Ensure all entries meet high accuracy standards.</li><li>Manage increased seasonal workloads, especially in winter.</li><li>Support accurate recordkeeping for fleet maintenance. </li></ul><p><br></p>
