Print Services Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Print Services Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia. In this dynamic role, you will oversee reprographics operations and provide administrative support to ensure seamless facility services. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and detail oriented environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Operate and maintain reprographics equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners, and plotters, ensuring optimal performance.<br>• Process incoming print, copy, and scan requests while maintaining accuracy and adhering to deadlines.<br>• Monitor and replenish supplies such as paper, toner, and binding materials to prevent disruptions.<br>• Perform large-format printing and document finishing tasks, such as laminating, trimming, and binding.<br>• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.<br>• Handle confidential documents with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.<br>• Manage the collection and distribution of mail and courier deliveries within the facility.<br>• Assist with building access card distribution and visitor escorting when required.<br>• Support meeting room setups, including reconfigurations and catering arrangements.<br>• Maintain accurate records, including data entry, work orders, and distribution lists.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.<br>• Strong proficiency in operating reprographics equipment and large-format printers.<br>• Familiarity with document finishing techniques, including binding and laminating.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of customer service principles and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
