We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Technician to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will handle a variety of technical tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and repairing various devices. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring seamless operations across a range of technology platforms. Responsibilities:• Diagnose and repair hardware issues across devices such as laptops, desktops, and printers.• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including wired and wireless configurations.• Perform installations and upgrades for both hardware and software components.• Maintain and repair smart TVs, satellite systems, and other onboard entertainment technologies.• Conduct cabling work to support network and device connectivity.• Handle break-fix tasks, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.• Assist with maintaining and repairing navigation systems and other specialized equipment.• Provide general technical support to address a wide range of user and system needs.• Manage workstation setups, including assembly, configuration, and testing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers. • Proficiency in both PC and Mac operating systems. • Hands-on experience with cabling and network systems. • Familiarity with smart TVs and satellite systems, such as Starlink or Bell. • Ability to perform hardware installations and upgrades. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to adapt to a variety of technical tasks as needed.
