IT Technician
<p>We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Technician to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will handle a variety of technical tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and repairing various devices. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring seamless operations across a range of technology platforms.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Diagnose and repair hardware issues across devices such as laptops, desktops, and printers.</p><p>• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including wired and wireless configurations.</p><p>• Perform installations and upgrades for both hardware and software components.</p><p>• Maintain and repair smart TVs, satellite systems, and other onboard entertainment technologies.</p><p>• Conduct cabling work to support network and device connectivity.</p><p>• Handle break-fix tasks, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.</p><p>• Assist with maintaining and repairing navigation systems and other specialized equipment.</p><p>• Provide general technical support to address a wide range of user and system needs.</p><p>• Manage workstation setups, including assembly, configuration, and testing.</p>
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.<br>• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.<br>• Proficiency in both PC and Mac operating systems.<br>• Hands-on experience with cabling and network systems.<br>• Familiarity with smart TVs and satellite systems, such as Starlink or Bell.<br>• Ability to perform hardware installations and upgrades.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Willingness to adapt to a variety of technical tasks as needed.
