<p><strong>Senior Manager, Demand Planning</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Brampton, ON</p><p> <strong>Schedule:</strong> Onsite, 5 days/week</p><p> <strong>Term:</strong> 6-month contract</p><p> <strong>Rate: </strong>$110,000 – $130,000 (per annum, pro rated)</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is seeking a <strong>Senior Manager, Demand Planning</strong> to provide interim coverage. This role will lead demand planning for the Canadian market, manage a team of 3 planners, and partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to support forecast accuracy, inventory continuity, and service levels.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead demand planning and forecasting for a Canadian finished goods portfolio</li><li>Manage, coach, and support 3 direct reports</li><li>Review forecast inputs, analytics, and reporting to improve forecast quality</li><li>Partner with commercial and supply teams to align on demand plans and priorities</li><li>Monitor inventory, supply risks, and planning KPIs</li><li>Provide dashboard reporting and exception-based analysis</li><li>Support supplier coordination and cross-functional planning activities</li><li>Help improve planning processes, data quality, and system usage</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of demand planning or supply chain experience</li><li>Prior people leadership experience</li><li>Background in regulated/product-based industries including pharma, food, CPG, manufacturing, or other </li><li>Strong forecasting, analytics, and inventory planning experience</li><li>Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge assumptions effectively</li><li>Strong ERP required, SAP APO experience preferred; Kinaxis experience preferred</li><li>Strong Excel and reporting skills</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, onsite environment</li></ul><p> If you’re a hands-on Senior Manager, Demand Planning, available to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.</p>
