As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in both operational and strategic financial management - supporting senior leadership, enhancing performance insights, and helping to drive the company's continued growth.</p><p>Working closely with the CEO, Chairman, and General Managers, you will contribute to informed decision-making and the long-term success of the organisation.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Analyse performance results, budgets, and forecasts, providing meaningful commentary and insights.</li><li>Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across financial systems and reporting processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboard and KPI reporting for enhanced business visibility.</li><li>Support investment assessments, due diligence, and provide commercial recommendations to leadership.</li><li>Oversee group insurance portfolios and deliver ad-hoc financial support as required.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal management teams on month-end and reporting activities.</li></ul><h3><strong>About You:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Qualifications:</strong> CA or CPA qualified (preferred) with a minimum of seven years' finance experience.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modelling and analysis.</li><li><strong>Professional Attributes:</strong> Proactive, analytical, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Interpersonal Skills:</strong> A confident communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and values teamwork.</li></ul><h3><strong>Why Join This Business? </strong></h3><p>You will become part of an organisation that values integrity, collaboration, and results.
