This role offers variety from reporting and compliance to partnering across the business to enhance systems and processes.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Pronto accounting system.<br /> · Prepare monthly management reports and provide insightful variance analysis.<br /> · Perform balance-sheet reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.<br /> · Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.<br /> · Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.<br /> · Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and transfers.<br /> · Assist with BAS, FBT, payroll tax and other compliance obligations.<br /> · Contribute to process improvements, automation and ERP system enhancements.<br /> · Partner with Finance, Commercial and Operational teams to provide clear financial insights.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>✔ Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce (CA/CPA)<br /> ✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in Mining Services or Manufacturing.<br /> ✔ Systems: Proficiency in Pronto preferred but not essential and strong Excel skills.<br /> ✔ Attributes:<br /> · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br /> · High attention to detail and accuracy.<br /> · Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.<br /> · Proven ability to improve processes and systems</p><p>What's in It for You</p><p>You'll join a high-performing finance team that values collaboration and continuous improvement and opportunities</p><p>If you're a motivated Management Accountant ready for your next challenge we'd love to hear from you!</p><p>How to Apply:<br /> Click <em>Apply Now</em> to submit your resume.
