<p><strong>Application Support Specialist</strong></p><p>Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll provide critical technical support, manage system performance, and deliver high-quality service to end users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex application issues and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless system operation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Level 2-3 support for enterprise applications across multiple environments</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues in line with SLAs</li><li>Liaise with software vendors and internal development teams to manage incidents and releases</li><li>Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability and stability</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and apply preventive measures to reduce downtime</li><li>Manage application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes</li><li>Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes</li><li>Work collaboratively with business users to gather requirements and enhance usability</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience supporting business or enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, or bespoke systems)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities</li><li>Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, or scripting for troubleshooting</li><li>Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interoperability</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Exposure to ITIL principles and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
