You'll set the direction for technology across Australia while collaborating closely with international IT counterparts to align with global strategy.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the scope to modernise systems, shape IT processes and influence how technology supports business growth.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver operational excellence.</li><li>Oversee infrastructure, applications and security to ensure high availability and business continuity.</li><li>Drive improvements in IT service management (incident, problem, change, release).</li><li>Embed strong security and risk management practices across all systems.</li><li>Manage budgets, vendors, and service providers for cost-effective outcomes.</li><li>Contribute to the company's global technology roadmap and champion innovative new solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About You</span></strong></p><p>You will have experience as a hands-on IT Manager, leading a small team.
