<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>We're looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to take ownership of a key enterprise system - TechnologyOne's <em>OneCouncil</em> platform - with a strong focus on the Property &amp; Rating modules.</p><p>In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for managing system stability, performance, and enhancements across compliance-related modules such as Building &amp; Planning and Safety &amp; Amenity. You'll lead incident management, upgrades, and integrations, and work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure the system continues to evolve and deliver value to the organisation and community.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What you'll be doing:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Lead the management, maintenance, and optimisation of the OneCouncil Compliance environment</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert for Property &amp; Rating modules, providing escalated support and guidance</li><li>Coordinate change requests, upgrades, and improvement projects with internal teams and TechnologyOne</li><li>Drive automation, improved user experience, and system sustainability initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and deliver system improvements</li><li>Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement practices</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About you:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience supporting TechnologyOne CiA / OneCouncil, ideally across Property &amp; Rating, Building &amp; Planning, or related modules</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<ul><li>Experience in incident and change management (ITIL familiarity preferred)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, or a related field</li><li>Experience with system upgrades, integrations, and reporting tools</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Why join</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br /> </span></strong>You'll be part of a forward-thinking digital and technology team that's passionate about improving services for both internal users and the community.
