<p>Robert Half are recruiting a Payroll Manager on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. </p><p>This role will be based 4 days from home, and 1 day per week in Swindon.</p><p>If you are an experienced Payroll Manager, with end to end Payroll experience, this could be an ideal role for you either on a temporary or permanent basis.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">You will:</p><p class="xxmsonormal">Work in partnership with managers and the customer teams, to ensure all the personal and payroll data is available for inputting or uploading into the HRS system, for the monthly payroll.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">Manage these actions, so the end to end process of data input, verification, filing and reporting, are all made within the appropriate deadlines.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">Manage the accurate processing of monthly time sheets and overtime claims.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">Ensure legal and organisational requirements in respect of IR35 and employment status are met.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">Manage the pay review process.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">Manage month-end and year-end duties relating to payroll close. </p><p class="xxmsonormal"> </p><p class="xxmsonormal">Manage the Payroll Manager, train and develop colleagues and work closely with HR on all people matters. </p><p class="xxmsonormal">Ensure organisational behaviours and values are upheld and promoted and ensure our legal obligations and the expectations set out in our policies are met.</p><p class="xxmsonormal">This will be an immediate start in January, with travel to Swindon each week.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
