<p data-end="304" data-start="282">Robert Half have partnered with a Pharmaceutical Distributor to recruit for a Supply Chain Planner to join our client's supply chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.</p><p data-start="282" data-end="304">This role is responsible for managing the replenishment of a specific range of manufacturers, overseeing bespoke customer ordering processes, handling product transfers, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks that may evolve with business needs.</p><p data-end="304" data-start="282"><strong data-start="282" data-end="302">Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-end="970" data-start="305"><li data-end="400" data-start="305"><p data-end="400" data-start="307">Manage replenishment for a designated range of manufacturers, ensuring 99%+ service levels.</p></li><li data-end="489" data-start="401"><p data-start="403" data-end="489">Monitor stock levels, follow up on late deliveries, and resolve out-of-stock issues.</p></li><li data-end="573" data-start="490"><p data-start="492" data-end="573">Maintain lean inventory in line with order cycles and contractual requirements.</p></li><li data-end="638" data-start="574"><p data-end="638" data-start="576">Process purchase orders, adjustments, and product transfers.</p></li><li data-start="639" data-end="722"><p data-start="641" data-end="722">Support new product setups, discontinuations, and product lifecycle management.</p></li><li data-end="791" data-start="723"><p data-start="725" data-end="791">Manage bespoke customer ordering processes to monthly deadlines.</p></li><li data-end="876" data-start="792"><p data-end="876" data-start="794">Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li data-end="970" data-start="877"><p data-end="970" data-start="879">Provide cover for team members during absences and assist with ad hoc supply chain tasks.</p></li></ul><p data-end="1006" data-start="972"><strong data-end="1004" data-start="972">Experience:</strong></p><ul data-start="1007" data-end="1552"><li data-start="1007" data-end="1133"><p data-end="1133" data-start="1009">Background in supply chain, replenishment, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or consumer healthcare (advantageous but not essential).</p></li><li data-end="1196" data-start="1134"><p data-end="1196" data-start="1136">Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.</p></li><li data-end="1290" data-start="1197"><p data-end="1290" data-start="1199">Proficient in MS Outlook and intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).</p></li><li data-end="1388" data-start="1291"><p data-start="1293" data-end="1388">Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.</p></li><li data-end="1437" data-start="1389"><p data-end="1437" data-start="1391">Analytical mindset with attention to detail.</p></li><li data-end="1499" data-start="1438"><p data-end="1499" data-start="1440">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Organisation:</strong></p><ul><li>12-month initial contract - likely to extend based on business needs</li><li>Hybrid working, with offices located in Surrey</li><li>Competitive hourly rate</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
