<p><strong>Customer Service Representative - £15 - £16 per hour - Slough - 3-month contract </strong></p><p>We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their issues are resolved efficiently. You'll play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the company's reputation for excellent service.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and finding effective solutions</li><li>Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems</li><li>Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure full resolution</li><li>Provide information on products, services, and company policies</li><li>Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary</li><li>Gather customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement</li><li>Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service or client support role (1-2 years preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (or Google Workspace)</li><li>Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
