<p><strong>Robert Half has partnered with a leading technology business to recruit for a Sustainability Analyst.</strong></p><p>This is an exciting <strong>18-month fixed-term contract</strong> offering the opportunity to drive real impact across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, helping the business deliver its Net Zero Transition Plan and strengthen its sustainability performance.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Based in <strong>Portsmouth</strong> (minimum <strong>3 days per week onsite</strong>), this practical, hands-on position will:</p><ul><li>Lead the development and delivery of the organisation's environmental sustainability strategy.</li><li>Support progress towards Net Zero and drive ESG and CSR initiatives.</li><li>Prepare sustainability disclosures and regulatory submissions, including SECR, ESOS, and TCFD reporting.</li><li>Engage with internal teams and suppliers to promote sustainable, ethical, and responsible business practices.</li><li>Oversee waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency projects.</li><li>Monitor sustainability trends and ensure compliance with ISO standards, UN goals, and Science-Based Targets.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sustainability or environmental management roles.</li><li>Essential: Strong knowledge of ISO 14001</li><li>Experience engaging with EcoVadis is highly desirable.</li><li>Skilled in TCFD, SBTs, and sustainability reporting frameworks.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills.</li><li>Proactive, collaborative, and pragmatic approach to driving sustainability improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Salary: £45,000 per annum</li><li>Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in Portsmouth</li><li>25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays (option to purchase additional leave)</li><li>Pension, healthcare, and dental insurance</li><li>Life assurance and cycle-to-work scheme</li><li>Extensive learning and development opportunities</li><li>Inclusive, supportive culture and modern office environment</li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
