<p>Our client, based in the North Shields area, is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead improvements in month-end processes, drive financial results, and deliver more efficient reporting.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Production of monthly management accounts</li><li>Financial analysis and reporting</li><li>Supporting process improvement and efficiency initiatives</li><li>Finance business partnering: enhance communication and collaboration between finance and non-finance teams to ensure financial insight truly adds value across the business</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)</li><li>Proven experience in monthly management accounts production</li><li>Strong financial analysis skills</li><li>Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving change</li></ul><p><strong>Salary:</strong> £50,000 - £55,000 per annum</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive accountant who enjoys improving processes and working collaboratively to support business growth.
