<p>Robert Half International (an S&amp;P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a global consulting firm in sourcing an experienced <strong>Business Analyst with OMS/PMS expertise</strong> to join a major investment and wealth management client engagement. The assignment focuses on supporting a front-to-back <strong>Order Management System (OMS)</strong> and <strong>Portfolio Management System (PMS)</strong> replacement programme spanning Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Dealers and Quant teams.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Assignment Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Initial Duration:</strong> 6 months (strong likelihood of extension given programme size)</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid - <strong>2-3 days per week in Bristol</strong></li><li><strong>Day Rate:</strong> <strong>Market rate via PAYE (plus 12.07% holiday pay - PAYE with employer's NI &amp; Tax deducted at source, unlike umbrella companies and no umbrella company admin fees)</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p>This role suits a Business Analyst with strong front-to-back trade lifecycle understanding and hands-on exposure to OMS/PMS platforms within financial services.</p><p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Previous experience in Insurance or Wealth, Asset Management, Investment Banking or Trading environments is highly desirable</strong>.</li><li><strong>Seasoned BA with proven OMS/PMS experience</strong> across platforms such as Bloomberg AIM, Charles River, Thinkfolio, Limina, Finbourne, Fidessa, Portware or similar.</li><li>Strong understanding of the <strong>front-to-back trade lifecycle</strong>: order capture, routing, execution, allocation, confirmation, settlement.</li><li>Experience partnering with <strong>Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Dealers, Quants and Operations</strong> teams.</li><li>Skilled in running workshops, defining requirements, and documenting <strong>As-Is / To-Be processes</strong>.</li><li>Able to map future-state <strong>application architecture</strong> and <strong>data flows</strong> for OMS/PMS and investment operations workflows.</li><li>Experience managing <strong>dependencies, phasing options and licence switch-off plans</strong> during system migrations.</li><li>Strong documentation ability: BRDs, functional requirements, process maps, user stories, traceability matrices.</li><li>Confident liaising with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme scope.</li></ol><p> </p><p><strong>Screening Requirements</strong></p><p>All candidates must complete standard screening (Right to Work, DBS, credit/sanctions, employment verification).
