This role will focus on accounts payable and purchase-to-pay processes, while offering the chance to broaden skills across other finance functions. It's an excellent opportunity for candidates from post-apprentice level upwards looking to develop their career in a structured, collaborative environment. The salary range for this role is £27,000 - £29,000</p><h3 data-end="702" data-start="676">Key Responsibilities</h3><ul data-start="703" data-end="1149"><li data-end="774" data-start="703"><p data-start="705" data-end="774">Process vendor invoices, payments, credit notes and expense claims.</p></li><li data-end="838" data-start="775"><p data-end="838" data-start="777">Maintain vendor master data and ensure accurate onboarding.</p></li><li data-end="896" data-start="839"><p data-start="841" data-end="896">Manage supplier queries and ensure timely resolution.</p></li><li data-end="959" data-start="897"><p data-start="899" data-end="959">Support purchase requisition and purchase order processes.</p></li><li data-start="960" data-end="1030"><p data-start="962" data-end="1030">Assist with month-end close, reporting, and cash flow forecasting.</p></li><li data-end="1089" data-start="1031"><p data-start="1033" data-end="1089">Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.</p></li><li data-start="1090" data-end="1149"><p data-end="1149" data-start="1092">Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.</p></li></ul><h3 data-end="1176" data-start="1151">Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul data-start="1177" data-end="1550"><li data-end="1243" data-start="1177"><p data-start="1179" data-end="1243">Previous experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.</p></li><li data-start="1315" data-end="1380"><p data-start="1317" data-end="1380">Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.</p></li><li data-start="1381" data-end="1443"><p data-end="1443" data-start="1383">Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.</p></li><li data-start="1444" data-end="1494"><p data-end="1494" data-start="1446">Proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn.</p></li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
