GRC Analyst
<h2 class="t-24 "> </h2><br> <br><br><br><p>Robert Half (an S&amp;P 500 global staffing firm) is supporting a major consulting partner in sourcing two experienced Interim GRC Analysts to provide governance and risk support while a wider uplift programme is underway. The roles focus on risk assessments, ISO aligned controls, governance embedding, third party risk activity, and supporting ongoing cyber governance across a large, complex public sector environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Assignment Details</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Initial</strong> <strong>Duration</strong>: 3 to 6 months</li><li><strong>Location</strong>: Hybrid with one Leeds on-site day every two weeks</li><li><strong>Day Rate</strong>: IRO of £400 per day via FCSA umbrella</li><li><strong>Start Date</strong>: First week of January</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience working within GRC functions across Risk, Controls and Governance</li><li>Hands on delivery of Risk Assessments across tech solutions and business change</li><li>Knowledge of ISO frameworks and practical Controls Management</li><li>Experience embedding governance and uplift work into business teams rather than short spike delivery</li><li>Understanding of Third Party Risk processes and assessments</li><li>Ability to support BAU governance including policies, exceptions and reporting</li><li>Strong interpersonal style, adaptable, low ego, and able to influence without authority</li><li>Track record of completing contracts without jumping</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>In this assignment, you will join an established Cyber Governance and Risk team to support risk assessments, governance embedding and ongoing ISO aligned control activity. You will work across technology and business stakeholders to ensure governance practices are understood, applied and maintained. This is not a tick box role.
