You'll provide 1st/2nd Line support, helping users resolve IT issues, managing hardware setups, maintaining systems, and assisting with new technology projects.</p><p data-start="430" data-end="457"><strong data-end="455" data-start="430">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start="458" data-end="769"><li data-start="458" data-end="503"><p data-end="503" data-start="460">Provide IT helpdesk support to all users.</p></li><li data-start="504" data-end="566"><p data-end="566" data-start="506">Build and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.</p></li><li data-end="631" data-start="567"><p data-end="631" data-start="569">Maintain and support IT systems, backups, and documentation.</p></li><li data-start="632" data-end="700"><p data-end="700" data-start="634">Assist with onboarding, inductions, and new technology rollouts.</p></li><li data-end="769" data-start="701"><p data-end="769" data-start="703">Work closely with the infrastructure team on technical projects.</p></li></ul><p data-end="797" data-start="771"><strong data-start="771" data-end="795">Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul data-end="1074" data-start="798"><li data-end="870" data-start="798"><p data-start="800" data-end="870">Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Active Directory.</p></li><li data-start="871" data-end="964"><p data-start="873" data-end="964">Familiar with networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN) and cloud storage (OneDrive/SharePoint).</p></li><li data-start="965" data-end="1020"><p data-end="1020" data-start="967">Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</p></li><li data-start="1021" data-end="1074"><p data-start="1023" data-end="1074">Previous experience in a similar IT support role.<br /><br /><br /></p></li></ul><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
