This progressive business is entering an exciting new era, offering the successful Management Accountant an excellent opportunity for exposure and growth within their finance career.</p><p>Reporting to the Finance Director you will perform the following duties:</p><ul><li>Production of monthly management accounts</li><li>Conducting variance analysis and investigating financial discrepancies</li><li>Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management reports</li><li>Performing balance sheet reconciliations and compiling supporting documentation</li><li>Assisting the Finance Director in preparing year-end statutory accounts and R&D submissions</li><li>Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Finance business partnering with the wider business</li></ul><p><br /> <strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>QBE, Part qualified or qualified finance professional</li><li>Proven experience in a Management Accountant role or similar ideally within a Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering, Production or similar sector</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Willingness to grow and develop in a role</li></ul><p><strong>Salary on offer:</strong></p><p>£45,000 - £55,000k, DOE, plus additional benefits, office-based role.
