This is a strategic, high-profile role, providing financial leadership, oversight, and commercial insight across the organisation.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop the Finance function, building a high-performing team.</li><li>Drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li>Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance.</li><li>Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decisions, including investment cases, bids, and contracts.</li><li>Manage cashflow, treasury, and board-level reporting responsibilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.</li><li>Proven track record of financial leadership in complex business environments.</li><li>Strong team leadership and commercial acumen.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.</li><li>Manufacturing or similar background</li></ul><p><strong>Package:</strong> £110k base, 35% annual bonus, £8k car allowance, 8% matched pension | Hybrid working (approx. 3 days onsite)</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
