Role:Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Project Accountant to assist them for 5 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:<ul><li>Support billing activities by reviewing timesheets and ensuring hours are recorded accurately.</li><li>Make sure all project costs are charged correctly to the appropriate projects.</li><li>Work closely with Project Managers to help with forecasting and ensure financial information is up to date.</li><li>Draft and prepare sales invoices based on approved project data.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of 5-6 projects.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and flag any variances or issues for review.</li><li>Assist with monthly reporting and project reconciliations.</li><li>Help with project setup, maintenance, and close-out in the accounting system.</li><li>Provide general support to the finance and project teams with ad hoc tasks as needed.</li></ul>Profile:The successful, temporary Project Accountant will be part qualified and ideally have experience within a similar project role. You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a growing PR firm based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
