This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation operating on a global scale.</p><p>We are looking for an <strong>International Tax Compliance Manager</strong> to support the Head of International Tax Compliance in establishing and maintaining a robust compliance structure across multiple territories. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring legal, tax, and regulatory obligations are met as the business expands internationally.</p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><ul><li><p>Research and assess international tax, company law, trade, and global mobility requirements for new markets.</p></li><li><p>Partner with senior stakeholders to develop entry strategies for overseas expansion.</p></li><li><p>Advise HR on global mobility matters, including worker postings and international hires.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with external advisors to manage annual tax compliance and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Support Finance teams (Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) with tax compliance in day-to-day operations.</p></li><li><p>Review and challenge tax returns and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.</p></li><li><p>Identify and address risks, ensuring robust controls and adherence to tax policy standards.</p></li></ul><h3>What we're looking for</h3><ul><li><p>Strong technical expertise in <strong>international tax and global mobility</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience advising and influencing <strong>senior stakeholders and executives</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Skilled at working with and challenging external advisors.</p></li><li><p>Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to deliver under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Professional tax or accounting qualification (<strong>CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p></li><li><p>Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing risk.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with Bloomberg's International Tax platform.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or connectivity industries.</p></li></ul><h3>Why join us?</h3><p>You'll be part of a growing international team where your expertise will directly shape the organisation's global presence.
