Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and controls.</li></ul> Essential Skills & Experience <ul><li>Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul> Desirable <ul><li>Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar financial systems would be a benefit.</li><li>Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or QBE).</li></ul> Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
