<p>Robert Half is seeking an IT Clinical Systems Manager to oversee and enhance its portfolio of clinical applications across oncology, haematology, radiotherapy, diagnostic imaging, and supporting systems (billing, interfaces, third-party integrations). This role is central to ensuring reliable system performance and leading the rollout of clinical systems across an expanding UK network.</p><h2 data-start="624" data-end="651">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul data-start="652" data-end="1226"><li data-end="764" data-start="652"><p data-start="654" data-end="764">Provide expert support for clinical applications, working closely with IT, Service Desk, and clinical teams.</p></li><li data-end="838" data-start="765"><p data-start="767" data-end="838">Manage system upgrades, new technologies, and integration activities.</p></li><li data-end="924" data-start="839"><p data-start="841" data-end="924">Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure high-quality service delivery.</p></li><li data-end="994" data-start="925"><p data-start="927" data-end="994">Act as the strategic technology partner to clinical stakeholders.</p></li><li data-end="1070" data-start="995"><p data-end="1070" data-start="997">Lead and deliver key projects on time, within scope, and within budget.</p></li><li data-start="1071" data-end="1160"><p data-end="1160" data-start="1073">Oversee application performance, reduce technical debt, and maintain system roadmaps.</p></li><li data-start="1161" data-end="1226"><p data-start="1163" data-end="1226">Maintain strong documentation and drive continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You </strong></p><ul data-end="1657" data-start="1250"><li data-end="1322" data-start="1250"><p data-end="1322" data-start="1252">Strong background in clinical information systems and healthcare IT.</p></li><li data-start="1323" data-end="1400"><p data-start="1325" data-end="1400">Experience in system management, vendor engagement, and project delivery.</p></li><li data-start="1401" data-end="1481"><p data-end="1481" data-start="1403">Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li data-start="1482" data-end="1573"><p data-end="1573" data-start="1484">Relevant qualifications (e.g., Computing degree, Microsoft/Citrix/ITIL certifications).</p></li><li data-end="1657" data-start="1574"><p data-end="1657" data-start="1576">Able to work autonomously and participate in on-call/occasional after-hours work.</p></li></ul><p><strong>On Offer </strong></p><ul><li>Salary up to £70,000 </li><li>Remote working (need to be flexible to travel to other sites in the UK) </li><li>25 days annual leave </li><li>PMI </li><li>Pension contribution </li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
