You will deliver high-impact insights, develop robust analytical models, and work closely with senior leaders to help the organisation understand performance, optimise profitability, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.This is a unique opportunity to help shape how data is used across a complex, federated environment and to influence decision-making at the highest levels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop high-value insights across key performance metrics with defined data domains </li><li>Build advanced analytical and financial models to support strategic decisions</li><li>Act as trusted insight partner to senior business and finance stakeholders </li><li>Work closely with Business Intelligence teams within a hub-and-spoke operating model </li><li>Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure finance data is well-managed, trusted and consistently understood </li><li>Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of data products and dashboards </li><li>Develop analytical solutions using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Databricks </li></ul>Skills & Experience: <ul><li>Strong SQL, Power BI and financial data modelling </li><li>Experience working with enterprise data models, semantic layers, or governned data domains </li><li>Proven experience partnering with senior finance and business stakeholders </li><li>Strong communications skills with the ability to influence decisions and shape financial narratives </li></ul>On Offer:<ul><li>Up to £65,000 </li><li>10% bonus </li><li>6% matched pension </li><li>Private healthcare </li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
