Credit Manager£60,000Office basedBasingstoke About the opportunity:As Credit Manager, you'll oversee the UK collections team and work closely with colleagues across the Isle of Man and the UK to deliver effective debt recovery strategies. You'll ensure that every customer interaction achieves the right outcome while maintaining full compliance with FCA and other regulatory standards. You'll also play a key role in shaping best practices, refining processes, and supporting senior management with performance reporting and strategic decisions.
