This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys improving financial systems and processes within a dynamic organization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the accounting team</li><li>Oversee monthly financial reporting and prepare customized financial statements</li><li>Prepare and review year-end financials</li><li>Develop annual operating budgets and monitor performance against targets</li><li>Manage cash flow and forecasting</li><li>Oversee software administration, integrations, and support</li><li>Perform account reconciliations</li><li>Handle tax remittances and ensure audit compliance</li><li>Streamline and enhance accounting workflows and internal processes</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>CPA designation (or actively pursuing) preferred</p><p>Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance within a complex organization</p><p>Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and applicable regulations</p><p>Proven supervisory and leadership abilities</p><p>Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems</p><p>Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills</p><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively</p>
