If so, we are working with a St. Albert based employer that is looking for a Manager, that specializes in change management to help shape the future of work through strategic transformation, capability building, and cultural evolution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p><strong>Change Enablement & People Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Lead people-centered change initiatives that foster psychological safety and leadership alignment.</li><li>Conduct impact assessments to understand role and relationship shifts.</li><li>Co-create transition strategies with HRBPs and leaders to build resilience.</li><li>Elevate the employee voice through listening strategies and feedback loops.</li></ul><p><strong>Capability Building & Future Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Integrate future skills into change programs to prepare for evolving roles and technologies.</li><li>Collaborate with Leadership & Learning to embed adaptive leadership and systems thinking.</li><li>Use skills analysis to inform workforce planning and succession strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Organizational Design & Mobility</strong></p><ul><li>Support future-state org design aligned with strategy and culture.</li><li>Enable succession planning and internal mobility.</li><li>Facilitate career clarity and job transition conversations.</li></ul><p><strong>Communication & Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with Internal Communications and Change Management to deliver empathetic, transparent messaging.</li><li>Equip leaders with tools to foster trust and engagement.</li><li>Design experiences that connect people to purpose and values during change.</li></ul><p>This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a competitive total rewards package and a hybrid work schedule. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.<br>• Strong expertise in designing and implementing change strategies within complex organizations.<br>• Proven ability to lead leadership development and capability-building initiatives.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, with experience crafting strategies for diverse audiences.<br>• Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors HCM.<br>• Solid understanding of data-driven decision-making processes and HR analytics.<br>• Demonstrated success in succession planning and strategic organizational design.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectives.
