We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in London, Ontario. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights, with a focus on managing and organizing information from large datasets. If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment and enjoy working independently, this position is an excellent opportunity to showcase your analytical expertise.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Consolidate data from multiple tables into a unified format that can be uploaded to the designated system.<br>• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, to manage and analyze large datasets.<br>• Maintain and update profiles and attendance systems with accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Organize and manage data for a database of 26,000 employees across various roles and business units.<br>• Create well-structured tables and visualizations in Excel to streamline data management processes.<br>• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through meticulous attention to detail.<br>• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver results within deadlines.<br>• Work independently to address data-related challenges and implement solutions.<br>• Provide periodic updates on data analysis progress to relevant stakeholders.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP.<br>• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex data manipulations.<br>• Experience with data visualization techniques to present insights effectively.<br>• Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex concepts.<br>• Strong communication skills to convey findings and collaborate with team members.
