Payroll Administrator
<p>Our Edmonton client is seeking a skilled<strong> Payroll Administrator</strong> for a contract-to-continuing opportunity, with potential for a long-term role. The successful candidate will manage biweekly payroll for union and non-union employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process payroll for ~900 employees across multiple entities using ADP Workforce Now.</li><li>Review and reconcile timesheets; manage hourly and salaried payroll.</li><li>Administer employee benefits through Desjardins.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll regulations and company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with accounting and report to the VP of Administration.</li><li>Support payroll inquiries and assist with onboarding updates.</li></ul><p><br></p>
