<p>Our client in Calgary is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. As a Financial Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing their financial systems. You will be responsible for the administration of Salesforce, supporting financial data analysis through intermediate Excel skills, and ensuring accurate and efficient high-volume payroll processing. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to streamline financial operations and provide insights that drive business success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Salesforce Administration:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and customize Salesforce to meet financial system needs.</li><li>Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Data Analysis:</strong></p><ul><li>Utilize intermediate Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Create financial models and perform data reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Payroll Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and process high-volume payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.</li><li>Maintain and update payroll records and systems.</li><li>Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>System Optimization:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement and manage system enhancements and updates.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate financial systems with other business applications.</li><li>Conduct training for staff on financial systems and best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.</li><li>Generate financial reports and support audit processes as required.</li></ul>
