<p>We are looking for an <strong>IT Project Manager </strong>to join our Information Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, working with diverse teams, and delivering innovative IT solutions that meet organizational needs.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Define project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure end-user training</li><li>Contribute to the development of IT plans, standards, and procedures</li><li>Analyze systems and processes to recommend and implement improvements</li><li>Prepare cost/benefit analyses, reports, and project recommendations</li><li>Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and IT leadership</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and systems analysis/design</li><li>Knowledge of systems development life cycle methodologies</li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience producing documentation (requirements definitions, flowcharts, project plans, user guides)</li><li>Project Management certification is an asset</li></ul><p>Additional Assets</p><ul><li>Bilingual in English and French</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure</li><li>Client-focused with strong collaboration skills</li><li>Innovative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement</li></ul><p>Why Apply</p><p>A challenging role where you will take ownership of key IT projects, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and play a strategic role in shaping IT solutions.</p>
