- <p>We are looking for a customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join a Financial Services organization in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis. This position plays a key role in supporting employees and advisors by resolving day-to-day technical issues, preparing equipment for new hires, and maintaining a reliable end-user computing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal IT teams while delivering attentive, responsive service to both technical and non-technical users. This is a 2 month contract to start, fully in office for client in North York, Ontario. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deliver first- and second-level technical support for staff and advisors, addressing incidents and service requests in a timely and thorough manner.</p><p>• Set up workstations, user accounts, and equipment for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from day one.</p><p>• Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, software applications, and network access.</p><p>• Administer and support core workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory, Azure, and Intune.</p><p>• Track, assign, and maintain IT hardware inventory, including device deployment, recovery, and lifecycle updates.</p><p>• Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to support broader technical initiatives and problem resolution.</p><p>• Provide deskside and remote assistance to users with varying levels of technical knowledge, maintaining a strong service-oriented approach.</p><p>• Create and update support documentation, ticket notes, and knowledge resources to improve issue tracking and team efficiency</p>
