This consultant will play a key role in the finance workstream of a global Oracle Fusion deployment and will be expected to bring both deep accounting knowledge and hands-on Oracle Fusion General Ledger configuration expertise.What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger, with a strong focus on configuration and design decisions</li><li>Support a global finance transformation involving multiple countries and legal entities</li><li>Advise on chart of accounts structure, ledger setup, intercompany considerations, and broader financial design within Oracle Fusion</li><li>Help address accounting and system requirements tied to regulatory compliance, tax considerations, and varying reporting frameworks</li><li>Work alongside internal leaders, solution architects, and implementation partners to ensure finance requirements are properly reflected in system design</li><li>Contribute to setup decisions impacting fixed assets, cash management, reconciliation, accounting hub functionality, and other related areas</li><li>Partner with business and technical teams across international regions, including offshore and cross-functional groups</li><li>Lead or support knowledge-sharing sessions and communicate configuration impacts clearly to finance and project stakeholders</li><li>Recommend practical solutions in a highly complex environment, with the ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes with limited oversight</li></ul>
