As a Senior Associate, your primary responsibility will be developing and growing client relationships while driving new business opportunities within the Administrative & Customer Support contract talent market. You will introduce Robert Half's services through video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients, helping organizations solve their workforce challenges through strategic talent solutions. This role is focused on business development, account management, and client partnership. You will build relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers, identify opportunities for contract staffing support, and expand the utilization of Robert Half's services within your assigned territory. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex client organizations. Additional responsibilities include:<ul><li>Developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client meetings.</li><li>Building and maintaining long-term relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, and key decision-makers.</li><li>Conducting virtual and in-person meetings to understand client workforce needs and present tailored staffing solutions.</li><li>Expanding existing client partnerships through strategic account management and ongoing business development activities.</li><li>Representing Robert Half within the local business community through industry associations, networking events, and professional organizations.</li><li>Maintaining a high level of customer service while serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.</li></ul>
