This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers, and callers, helping create a well-organized and efficient front-office experience. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with internal teams and external clients, comfortable supporting senior leaders, and proactive in keeping the reception area running smoothly.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome guests, clients, and delivery personnel in a courteous and attentive manner while maintaining a strong front-desk presence.<br>• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries accurately, and relay messages promptly to the appropriate contacts.<br>• Oversee access to the locked front entrance by responding to arrivals and ensuring visitors are admitted appropriately.<br>• Coordinate courier drop-offs and pickups, including following building or office instructions for deliveries.<br>• Support meeting and guest arrangements by organizing lunch bookings and preparing refreshments such as coffee and water for visitors.<br>• Maintain a neat and orderly reception and common office area, including helping keep the fifth floor presentable.<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative support such as basic data entry, email communication, appointment coordination, and file organization.<br>• Work closely with executives and internal staff, responding to requests with discretion and a service-oriented approach.
