- <p>Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a <strong>Operations Manager (Manufacturing)</strong> to lead and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations to achieve business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and profitability. This role provides leadership to production supervisors and cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing principles, data-driven decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Sr. Leadership to develop operational strategies, improve plant performance, maximize resource utilization, and support long-term growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency through Lean methodologies and operational best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability targets.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to production supervisors and operational teams.</li><li>Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve plant efficiency.</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.</li><li>Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization.</li><li>Partner with the Sr. Leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and operational strategy.</li><li>Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and materials flow to ensure on-time delivery and optimal plant performance.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve operational effectiveness.</li><li>Develop high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and employee engagement.</li><li>Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>

- <p>We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join a team in Toronto, Ontario on a Long-term Contract basis. This position is well suited to someone with strong administrative experience who can manage operational tasks with accuracy while maintaining clear communication with internal and external contacts. The successful candidate will support day-to-day processes, coordinate with multiple vendors, and contribute to smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Own end-to-end execution across operational workflows; handle exceptions, escalations, and anything that falls outside automated processes </p><p>· Work directly with third-party providers, vendors, and community or regulatory bodies to resolve issues and move cases to resolution </p><p>· Validate AI-generated outputs; take ownership of quality, accuracy, and effectiveness before downstream impact </p><p>· Manage a high volume of open cases simultaneously against hard deadlines </p><p>· Cross-train across workflows to cover volume variability </p><p>· Identify process gaps and give feedback on where tools or workflows need to improve</p>
