Our client is a growing and dynamic organization seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its Finance team. Reporting directly to the Group Controller, this is a highly visible role that combines financial reporting, data analytics, dashboard development, and ERP project support. This opportunity is ideal for a newly designated CPA who enjoys working with large datasets, building meaningful reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. You'll play a key role in providing insights that support strategic decision-making while helping drive an upcoming ERP implementation. What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & Analytics<ul><li>Build, maintain, and enhance Excel-based dashboards and KPI reporting tools.</li><li>Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.</li><li>Analyze financial and operational performance data across multiple business units.</li><li>Ensure standardized KPI definitions and reporting consistency across the organization.</li><li>Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through detailed analysis and reporting.</li></ul>Data Management & Reporting Integrity<ul><li>Act as the primary contact for finance-related data requests.</li><li>Clean, validate, reconcile, and organize data from ERP and related systems.</li><li>Investigate discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues at the source.</li><li>Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and reporting integrity.</li></ul>ERP Implementation Support<ul><li>Assist with a major ERP implementation initiative.</li><li>Support data cleanup, mapping, migration validation, testing, and reconciliations.</li><li>Help archive and organize legacy data ahead of system cutover.</li><li>Rebuild recurring reports and dashboards within the new platform.</li><li>Document reporting processes and data flows to support a successful transition.</li></ul>Business & Ad Hoc Analysis<ul><li>Perform analyses related to profitability, inventory, margins, landed costs, customer performance, project performance, and other operational metrics.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.</li><li>Transform complex business questions into actionable financial insights.</li></ul>
