This position is suited to a detail-oriented recruitment specialist who can manage full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and bring practical ideas to improve how talent is identified and assessed. Reporting to senior leadership, the Manager, Strategic Sourcing will own enterprise-wide spend strategy while building a disciplined, data-driven procurement function.
