- <p>Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a <strong>Operations Manager (Manufacturing)</strong> to lead and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations to achieve business objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and profitability. This role provides leadership to production supervisors and cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing principles, data-driven decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Sr. Leadership to develop operational strategies, improve plant performance, maximize resource utilization, and support long-term growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional business acumen, and a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency through Lean methodologies and operational best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability targets.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to production supervisors and operational teams.</li><li>Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve plant efficiency.</li><li>Establish and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.</li><li>Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization.</li><li>Partner with the Sr. Leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and operational strategy.</li><li>Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and materials flow to ensure on-time delivery and optimal plant performance.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve operational effectiveness.</li><li>Develop high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and employee engagement.</li><li>Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>

- <p>We are looking for an experienced Integrated Producer to join a media-focused team in Toronto, Ontario on a Contract basis. This role is suited to someone who can bring structure to complex production work, turning incoming requests into clear plans, realistic schedules, and well-managed delivery pathways. You will work across a range of studio output, helping internal teams and client partners stay aligned from initial briefing through final asset release. The ideal candidate combines sound production judgment with strong communication skills and a practical understanding of creative and digital workflows. This is a 2 month contract starting immediately in Downtown Toronto.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead production assignments from initial intake to final delivery across print, digital, artwork adaptation, retouching, and related studio services.</p><p>• Assess incoming briefs to define deliverables, uncover dependencies, resolve ambiguities, and confirm the full scope of work before production begins.</p><p>• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and execution plans that reflect workload complexity, turnaround expectations, and available resources.</p><p>• Guide client and agency stakeholders on the most effective production approach, identifying practical solutions that improve workflow and delivery outcomes.</p><p>• Coordinate collaboration between creative, design, production art, retouching, development, quality assurance, and delivery teams to maintain momentum throughout each project.</p><p>• Monitor timelines, approvals, risks, and changing priorities to keep multiple active projects progressing on schedule and within agreed parameters.</p><p>• Work closely with senior production leadership to support resource planning, staffing decisions, and commercially sound delivery.</p><p>• Maintain accurate project documentation and use production tools to track status, share updates, review files, and support efficient handoffs across teams.</p>
