This role supports the reliability of key business services by strengthening configuration management practices, improving data quality, and enabling informed operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with strong analytical skills, the ability to manage and maintain accurate service data, and a commitment to driving consistency, quality, and operational excellence across service management practices.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support configuration management to ensure reliable IT services.</li><li>Maintain the CMDB, improving data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.</li><li>Develop and enforce configuration management standards, processes, and governance.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to identify, manage, and track configuration items throughout their lifecycle.</li><li>Administer ServiceNow tools, including Discovery and Service Mapping, and apply configuration controls.</li><li>Conduct audits, reviews, and reconciliations to ensure data quality and compliance.</li><li>Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, and user guidance.</li><li>Provide training and support on configuration management practices and ServiceNow usage.</li><li>Develop reports and dashboards to monitor compliance, data health, and service performance.</li><li>Partner with change management teams to assess the impact of changes on services and configuration items.</li></ul>
