This position is well suited to someone who combines strong SAPUI5 and OData expertise with a practical approach to usability, performance, and secure solution delivery.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Create, improve, and maintain SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications that support business operations across SAP landscapes.<br>• Deliver both freestyle and template-based Fiori solutions by translating functional needs into effective user-facing applications.<br>• Build responsive, role-based interfaces that align with Fiori design standards and provide a consistent user experience.<br>• Connect front-end solutions with back-end functionality through OData services and close coordination with ABAP and technical teams.<br>• Extend or adapt standard Fiori applications when business needs require additional capability or tailored workflows.<br>• Diagnose and fix issues affecting UI behaviour, service integration, application speed, and cross-browser performance.<br>• Contribute to technical planning, peer reviews, testing activities, release preparation, and post-deployment support.<br>• Produce clear technical documentation and share knowledge with project team members to support ongoing delivery and maintenance.

- We are looking for an experienced Sr. SAP ABAP Developer – S/4HANA to join a Long-term Contract opportunity in Calgary, Alberta within the agriculture industry. This role will focus on building and supporting robust SAP solutions that improve performance, enable reliable integrations, and meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and functional partners to deliver scalable development work across S/4HANA, modern SAP services, and connected platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP solutions in an S/4HANA environment, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.<br>• Create technical components such as reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflow-related developments to support operational needs.<br>• Design and optimize Core Data Services objects and database-driven logic to improve reporting, data modelling, and application performance.<br>• Build and support OData services used by SAP Fiori applications and external systems requiring secure data exchange.<br>• Partner with analysts, architects, functional specialists, and basis teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions across integrated SAP landscapes.<br>• Troubleshoot defects, perform code reviews, and tune ABAP and database artifacts to strengthen system stability and efficiency.<br>• Develop and support integrations using technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware tools.<br>• Implement technical enhancements through approved SAP extension methods while following development standards, security practices, and transport procedures.<br>• Contribute to testing, deployment preparation, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to support ongoing delivery and support activities.
