- <p><strong>THE ROLE:</strong></p><p>We’re helping our Calgary client find a talented and dedicated Client Services IT Technician with strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues involving hardware, software, networks, servers, and firewalls. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional first-line technical support, serving as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring systems run smoothly. This role involves both in-person and remote support, with a strong focus on customer service and effective problem resolution.</p><p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to support tickets and providing technical assistance.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, computer system, LAN/WAN, server, firewall, and connectivity issues; escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support when required.</li><li>Install, configure, modify, repair, and maintain computers, software, hardware, and peripherals.</li><li>Perform system maintenance, cleanup, optimization, and diagnostics to ensure reliable day-to-day performance.</li><li>Take direction from the Team Lead and maintain accurate support records.</li><li>Recommend tailored IT solutions based on customers’ unique needs and requirements</li><li>Responsible for timely submission of billable calendar entries to the Accounting Department to support client invoicing.</li></ul><p><strong>WHY THIS ROLE?</strong></p><p>This is your chance to join a thriving and fast-growing organization that values its team members and fosters a collaborative, supportive work environment. - <p>On behalf of our not-for-profit client, we’re looking for a hands-on AI Specialist to help organizations identify, build, and deploy practical AI solutions that create real business impact.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a strategy-only role. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to uncover high-value use cases, translate business needs into technical solutions, and then build what you scope. You’ll work across AI applications, automation, integrations, and agentic workflows—often helping smaller organizations get more value from the tools and data they already have.</p><p><br></p><p>This contract has an initial term of 2-months; however, if successful, there is potential for this contractor transition onto a multi-year program.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Build RAG applications and custom AI solutions</li><li>Develop AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps</li><li>Prototype and deploy solutions using AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code</li><li>Build and iterate on AI agents and agentic workflows</li><li>Map client workflows, systems, and data to identify opportunities for automation</li><li>Integrate platforms, data flows, CRM tools, marketing systems, and other business applications</li><li>Advise teams on effective use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot</li><li>Build AI-powered automation for areas such as research, content generation, outreach, and operational workflows</li><li>Train users and create documentation so solutions remain sustainable after implementation</li></ul><p><br></p>
