- <p>Our client is a global leader in hearing healthcare and is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Hearing Instrument Practitioner, or Audiologist to join its growing team.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused hearing healthcare professional who enjoys combining clinical expertise, relationship building, consultative sales, and community engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>The Role</p><p>You’ll own the customer journey from comprehensive hearing assessments and personalized consultations through hearing aid fittings, education, troubleshooting, and ongoing after-care.</p><p><br></p><p>Clinical & Customer Care</p><p>· Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and explain results clearly to clients and families.</p><p>· Educate clients on hearing loss, hearing health, and available solutions.</p><p>· Provide personalized recommendations based on hearing needs, lifestyle, and budget.</p><p>· Demonstrate, fit, and dispense hearing aids and related products.</p><p>· Provide follow-up, adjustments, troubleshooting, and after-care.</p><p>· Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and healthcare requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Sales & Business Development</p><p>· Take a consultative approach to recommending hearing solutions and accessories.</p><p>· Manage the customer journey from initial consultation through purchase and ongoing care.</p><p>· Contribute to individual and clinic revenue goals.</p><p>· Partner with the Client Care Coordinator to deliver an efficient, positive experience.</p><p>· Build long-term relationships and encourage referrals.</p><p><br></p><p>Community Engagement</p><p>· Participate in local outreach and hearing health awareness initiatives.</p><p>· Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.</p><p>· Support local marketing, events, and educational activities.</p><p>· Represent the organization professionally within the community.</p>
